Hey Bobby, many a year has passed since I pushed you around on my stocking cart at the old Ideal Food Store in Amarillo. You still have the same smile as you did when you were a kid. That had to be way back in 1949 or 1950. My how time flies...I worked for your dad, who was a very good friend throughout my early life and eventually became district manager for Allied before they sold out in 1985. Good to see you on the net!

The two of you look very happy! Thank you for doing all of these good deeds just to be able to help people who are in need. It warms my heart to see people who would go out of their ways just to be able to help other people. Even though you can do other things with your time, you still choose to volunteer to help people. I hope that I get to be just like you guys someday because I know that if I did, I will be so proud of myself.

In our community, the norm and the usual living pattern is that the father works while the mother stay in the house to take care of the kids. It is something of tradition really. However, I am someone that you may call as a "house husband". I have been married to my wife for about twenty years now. She truly is a career woman. That is why, I got the task of cooking our food as well. I think that I will look for some tips on this cooking blog of yours.
